CLASS AAA TEAMS

SAINT MICHAEL-ALBERTVILLE KNIGHTS

The Knights defeated their Mississippi 8 Conference rivals the Rogers Royals 57-12. The Knights earned 235.5 points with fourteen place winners to earn the championship at the East Ridge Lightning Invitational. Carl Leuer, Cole Becker and Brandon Psyk all earned championships and Travis Smith, Wyatt Lidberg and Jonah Hayes all earned second place. Kaden Amundson earned third place, Jimmy Ltei earned fourth place and Isaiah Misna earned fifth place. The Knights had a very good team performance with 231.5 points with thirteen place winners to earn the Mississippi 8 Conference championship. Brandon Psyk, Cole Becker, Dylan Hanson and Wyatt Lidberg all earned championships. Jimmy Heil, Owen Vike, Carl Leuer and Harrison Wright all earned second place. Kaden Amundson, Hayden LeMonds and TJ Duerr all earned third place, Toby Dehn earned fourth place and Isaiah Misna earned fifth place.

WILLMAR CARDINALS

The Cardinals defeated Section 8AAA and Central Lakes Conference rival the Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres 44-22. The Cardinals earned 173.5 points with fourteen place winners to earn the championship at the Hutchinson Tigers Invitational. Josh Miley, Cael Carlson, Grant Deegan, Lincoln Shinn, Andrew Reigstad and Charlie Farhat all earned championships. Alex Backes and Kaden Streed both got second place and Ethan Roux and Braeden Erickson both earned third place. Caden Carlson, Jack Roehl, Jonas Anez and Mason Swanson all earned fourth place and Marco Sanchez took sixth place. The Cardinals defeated two AAA foes at the Bemidji Lumberjack triangular. They defeated their Section 8AAA rivals, the Lean and Mean Bemidji Lumberjacks 42-19 and the No. 9AAA Anoka Tornadoes 36-28. Alex Backes, Cael Carlson, Lincoln Shinn, Andrew Reigstad and Charlie Farhat all went 2-0 at the Lumberjack triangular.

BEMIDJI LUMBERJACKS

The Lumberjacks defeated two rivals at the Pequot Lakes/Pine River-Backus Road Crew Quadrangular. They were defeated by Section 8AAA rivals the Brainerd Warriors 42-25 and they defeated Section 8AA rivals the PLPRB Road Crew 49-14 and the Section 7AA rivals the Hibbing Bluejackets 61-12. Alan Wuori, Peter Moen and Kalen Beam all went 3-0, Caleb Bahr and Nikita Uvarov went 2-0, Seth Sisneros and Seth Newby both went 2-1 at the Road Crew Quad. The Lumberjacks defeated Section 8A rivals, No. 7A ranked Frazee Hornets 39-19. The Lumberjacks earned 157 points with nine place winners to earn third place at the Thief River Falls Air Force/National Guard Prowler Invitational. This was a field of seventeen teams, Joe Hudson and Peter Moen both earned championships and Chance Hinrichs and Kaleb Beam both earned second place. Cale Newby, Alan Wuori and Nic Geiger all earned third place, Darren Roth earned fourth place and Caleb Bahr took seventh place. The Lumberjacks split a pair of duals to AAA ranked foes; they defeated the No. 9AAA Anoka Tornadoes 29-28. They were defeated by the No. 5AAA ranked Section 8AAA rivals the Willmar Cardinals 42-19. Seth Newby and Nic Geiger both went 2-0 at the Lumberjack triangular.
BRAINERD WARRIORS

The Warriors went one and one at the Little Falls Flyers triangular, with a big win over their Section 8AAA rivals the Flyers 42-29. They were defeated by unranked Becker Bulldogs 39-28. The reason I say unranked, is that the Bulldogs have nearly twenty dual meet wins on the season. Atlie Danielson, Gabe Wagner and Kyle Patnode all went 2-0 at the Flyer triangular. The Warriors went one and one at the Road Crews event. They defeated their rivals the Road Crew 48-24 and they were defeated by Section 8AAA rivals the Bemidji Lumberjacks 42-25. Atlie Danielson, Braden Kramer, Brad Patnode, Gabe Wagner, Isaiah Jillson, Kyle Patnode, Forrest Gibson and Cade Barrett all went 2-0. Special note: Kyle Patnode won his 100th Career Match. The Warriors were defeated in a pair of duals at the Long Prairie/Grey Eagle/Browerville Wolves triangular. They were defeated by the No. 8AA Detroit Lakes Lakers 36-31 and to the No. 1A Long Prairie/Grey Eagle/Browerville Wolves 46-22. Braden Kramer, Brad Patnode and Cade Barrett all went 2-0 at the Wolves triangular.
SARTELL SABRES

The Sabres were defeated by No. 6AAA, Section 8AAA and Central Lakes Conference rivals the Willmar Cardinals 44-22. The Sabres went 2-2 at the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejacket Duals, with wins over AAA Prior Lake Lakers 34-24 and AA Lean and Mean Mora Mustangs 40-32. They were defeated by No. 10AAA the Forest Lake Ranges 52-21 and the AAA Lean and Mean Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets 38-32. Jackson Penk, Nick Pelach and Cole Fibranz all went 4-0 and Dylan Enriquez and Spencer Johnson all went 3-1 at the Bluejacket duals. The Sabres defeated the AA Lean and Mean and Secton 8AA Pierz Pioneers 40-30. The Sabres had a very good team performance with 217.5 points and thirteen place winners to earn the championship at the Alexandria “Big Ole” Invitational. Jackson Penk @ 132 (28-1), Nick Pelach @ 138 (27-1), Sam Fernholz @ 145 (24-8), Jack Engle @ 182 (13-5) and Cole Fibranz @ 220 (28-1) all earned championships. Dylan Enriquez @ 106 (26-3), Andy Heckman @ 113 (16-7), Ashton Lipinski @ 126 (12-11) and Matthew Lindstrom @ 195 all earned second place. Tim Stephens @ 120 (14-14), Avery Kouba @ 145 and Alex Moritz @ 160 all earned fourth place and Theron Dohm @ 170 took sixth place. The Sabres Freshman earned 56 points with three place winners at the Freshman Section tournament. Spencer Johnson @ 106 (15-1) earned the championship and Ayden Frauenholtz @ 100 (19-8) and Dylan Weller @ 152 both earned fourth place. Special Note: Sam Fernholz @ 145 Won His 75th Career Match

CAMBRIDGE-ISANTI BLUEJACKETS

The Bluejackets defeated three foes at the Irondale Knights Quadrangular. The defeated the Irondale Knights 44-20, Section 5AAA Maple Grove Grovers 51-24 and the Section 7AA Proctor/Hermantown Coop 72-12. Travis Drews, Jimmy Brown and Wyatt Kruse all went 3-0, Sam Rodriquez, Gavin Hajek, Dalton Ball, Jared Gibson, Romeo Nordquist, Wyatt Wothe and Jacob Mauer all 2-1 and Ryan Cooper went 2-0 at the Knights quad. The Bluejackets had a good tournament performance, they earned 130 points with nine place winners to earned third place at the Mississippi 8 Conference tournament. Tate Torgerson and Jacob Mauer both earned championships and Jimmy Brown and Wyatt Kruse both earned second place. Easton Johnson earned third place and Romeo Nordquist and Aidan Brown both earned fourth place and Austin Cantrell and Gavin Hajek both earned sixth place.
SAUK RAPIDS/RICE STORM

The Storm defeated their Central Lakes Conference rivals the Fergus Falls Otters 57-15. The Storm earned eighth place at the Eastview Lightning Invitational with 104 points and eight place winners. Jared Spohn @ 120 (25-3) and Ben Gilbertson @ 138 (18-14) both earned second place and Jake Ackerman @ 152 (24-9) earned third place. Cole Ackerman @ 145 (15-14) and Marcus Santillana @ 170 (19-14) both earned fourth place, Andrew Wollack @ 132 (18-11) earned fifth place and Ben Konz @ 220 and Zander Pelton @ 106 both earned sixth place.

ROGERS ROYALS

The Royals were defeated by Mississippi 8 Conference and Section 5AAA rivals the St. Michael-Albertville Knights 57-12. The Royals earned second place at the Osseo Orioles Rumble. They defeated their Section 5AAA rivals the Maple Grove Grovers 54-15, Section 8AAA St. Cloud Tech Tigers Coop 41-23 and the Section 8AAA Little Falls Flyers 40-36. They were defeated by the Section 1A and No. 9A ranked Goodhue Wildcats 46-21. Chris Dietl and Wil Yasseri both went 4-0, Max Ricks, Sam Essendrup, Kelly Omann and Evan Braesch all went 3-1 at the Orioles Rumble. The Royals had a good team performance with 110 points and ten place winners to earn fifth place a the Mississippi 8 Conference tournament. Donovan Skawiniak earned their lone championship and Will Yasseri earned second place. Max Ricks earned third place, Chris Dietl and Sam Dahl both earned fourth place, Sam Essendrup, Nolan Erickson and Evan Braesch all earned fifth place and Ryan Lund and Gavin Eicher both took sixth place.
ST. FRANCIS FIGHTING SAINTS

The Saints defeated their Mississippi 8 Conference rivals the Princeton Tigers 45-25. Fighting Saints went 2-1 at the Champlin Park Rebel duals to earn third place. They defeated the Champlin Park Rebels 50-12 and the White Bear Lake Bears 46-30. They were defeated by the Section 8AAA Brainerd Warriors 49-24. Grant Woodruff and Andrew Hoglund both went 3-0 and Ben Hallin, Mike Wasche, Calvin Grise, Joey Lipinski, Preston Lane, Kyle Lindenfelser, Nick Gerlach all went 2-1 at the Rebel Duals. The Fighting Saints had a very good team performance with 151 points and eleven place winners to earn second place a the Mississippi 8 Conference. Calvin Grise, Tate Skugquist and Kyle Lindenfeiser all earned second place and Kent Ottenbeck, Grant Woodruff, Mike Wasche and Joey Lipinski all earned third place. Ben Hallin, Andrew Hoglund, Preston Lane and Nick Gerlach all earned fourth place.
ST. CLOUD TECH TIGERS COOP

The Tigers had a big win over their Central Lakes Conference and Section 8AAA rivals the Alexandria Cardinals 43-27. The Tigers went 2-2 at the Osseo Orioles Rumble with wins over the Section 8AAA rivals the Little Falls Flyers 37-34 and Section 5AAA Maple Grove Grovers 51-28. They dropped duals to Section 7AAA Elk River Elks 42-33 and Section 5AAA Rogers Royals 41-23. Taylor Hugg @ 170 and Logan Hanson @ 182 both went 4-0, Nick Hamak @ 113, Tyler Zachman @ 145 and Carlos Agee @ 285 all went 3-1 and Jack Latterell @ 152 went 3-0 a the Oriole Rumble. The Tigers earned 91.5 points with seven place winners to earned tenth place at the sixteen team event at the Orono “Spartans” Invitational. Taylor Hugg @ 170 (30-5) earned the championship and Carlos Agee @ 285 (20-11) and Jack Latterell @ 152 (14-18) both earned fourth place. Logan Hanson @ 182 (22-9) and Mason Thompson @ 132 (10-14) both earned fifth place and Tyler Zachman @ 145 (20-14) and Brett Kayfes @ 126 both earned sixth place. The Tigers earned 73 points with five place winners to earned ninth place a the Freshman Section tournament, a field of seventeen teams. Tucker Hugg @ 285 (15-14) earned second place and Nick Hamak @ 113 (13-17) earned third place. Jaxon Kenning @ 106 (24-10), Jayden Dumbrovsh @ 94 (21-4) and Andy Johnson @ 138 (17-8) all earned fourth place
ELK RIVER ELKS

The Elks defeated their Northwest Suburban Conference rivals the Andover Huskies 49-26. The Elks earned third place at the Osseo Orioles Rumble with three big wins over the Mississippi 8 Conference rivals the Buffalo Bison 40-27, their Northwest Suburban Conference rivals the Osseo Orioles 39-31 and the Section 8AAA St. Cloud Tech Tigers 42-33. They dropped their semifinal dual to the Section 1A No. 9A ranked Goodhue Wildcats in a close one 33-30. Gage Clem, Gavin Hillary, Colton Pool and Tyler Benson all went 4-0, Seth Hopkins went 3-0, Hunter Larson and Lafayette Bade went 3-1 and Eli Williams went 2-1 at the Orioles rumble. The Elks defeated Northwest Suburban Conference rivals the Centennial Cougars 49-26. The had a good tournament performance with 135 points and eight place winners to earn third place at the Orono “Spartans” Invitational. Tyler Benson earned second place and Colton Pool earned third place. Gavin Hillary, Eli Williams, Cade Subby and Lafayette Bade all earned fourth place and Colton Strain earned fifth place.
LITTLE FALLS FLYERS

The Flyers were defeated by their Section 8AAA rivals the Brainerd Warriors 42-29 and Section 6AA Granite Ridge Conference rivals the Becker Bulldogs 54-25. Austin Litke, Gabe Nagel, Grant Litke, Sam Nagel and Luke Venske all went 2-0 at the Flyers Triangular. The Flyers defeated Section 5AAA foe the Maple Grove Grovers 54-26. They were defeated by Section 8AAA St. Cloud Tech Tigers 37-34, the Rogers Royals 40-36 and the Osseo Orioles 42-31. Gabe Nagel and Luke Venske both went 4-0, Austin Litke, Calvin Sherwood and Gran Litke went 3-1 and Simon Pentzke went 2-0 at the Osseo Orioles Rumble. The Flyers went 1-2 at the Royalton/Upsala Royals quadrangular, they defeated Royals 45-30. They were defeated by the Section 4A Kimball Area Cubs 41-31 and the Section 7A Holdingford Huskers 42-35. Austin Litke, Simon Pantzke, Gabe Nagel and Luke Venske all went 3-0, Nathan Kludt and Kole Kern both went 2-1 and Grant Litke went 2-0 at the Royals quad.
ALEXANDRIA CARDINALS

The Cardinals were defeated by Section 8AAA and Central Lakes Conference rivals the St. Cloud Tech Tigers 43-27. The Cardinals had a very good tournament with 115.5 points and eight place winners to earn fourth place at the sixteen team event at the Howard Lake/Waverly/Winsted Lake Invitational.Ryan Borris won their lone championship and Trappier Botz earned second place. AJ Sparr earned third place and Tyler Kleindl, Tate Runge, Blaze Nelson and Kelly Johnson all earned fourth place and Kyler Miller took sixth place. The Cardinals were defeated by a pair of Central Lakes Conference and Section 8AAA rivals. They were defeated by the Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm 51-20 and by the Rocori Spartans 43-30. Kelly Johnson, Ryan Borris, JP Radel, Tyler Kleindl and Deryk Neu all went 2-0 at the Cardinals home triangular. The Cardinals earned 100 points with ten place winners at their “Big Ole” Invitational. Ryan Borris and Jack Roth both earned second place and Kelly Johnson, AJ Sparr and JP Rodel all earned fourth place. Kyler Miller and Cody Richardson both earned fifth place and Cody Vatsndal, Byr Homelvig and Deryk Neu all took sixth place.
BUFFALO BISON

The Bison were defeated by Mississippi 8 Conference rivals the Monticello Magic 43-27. The Bison went 1-3 at the Osseo Orioles Rumble, they defeated Section 5AAA rivals the Maple Grove Grovers 48-19. They were defeated by Section 5AAA rivals the Osseo Orioles 44-26, the Elk River Elks 40-27 and the Section 1A, No. 9A ranked Goodhue Wildcats 45-22. Ryan Scherber and Riley Habisch went 4-0 and Thomas Samson and Owen Herbst went 3-1 at the Orioles Rumble. The Bison defeated the Champlin Park Rebels 36-24 and they were by defeated by the AAA Lean and Mean Coon Rapids Cardinals 48-22. Thomas Samson, Ryan Scherber and Owen Herbst all went 2-0 at the triangular. The Bison earned 84 points with six place winners to earn seventh place at the Mississippi 8 Conference tournament. Owen Herbst and Riley Habisch both earned championships and Ryan Scherber earned second place. Nathan DesMarais earned third place, Jacob Metz earned fifth place and Erin Bessie took sixth place.
CLASS AA TEAMS

FOLEY FALCONS

The Falcons defeated two foes at the Aitkin Gobbler Triangular; they beat the No. 12A Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale/Parkers Prairie Raiders 36-34 and the Section 7A Lean and Mean Aitkin Gobblers 51-16. Ethan Oswald, Isaiah Fitch, Mark Dierkes, Conner Thorsten, Max Lefebvre and Carter Svihla all went 2-0 at the Gobblers triangular. The Falcons defeated two foes at their home triangular, they defeated Granite Ridge Conference rivals the Mora Mustangs 39-28. They also defeated Section 8AAA Central Lakes Conference foe the Rocori Spartans 60-11. Levi Jacobson, Evan Milejczak, Carter Svihla, Max Lefebvre, Elijah Novak and Connor Thorsten all went 2-0 at the Falcons triangular. The Falcons defeated their Section 6AA rivals the Becker Bulldogs 32-23. This win should give the Falcons the No. 1 Seed in the Section 6AA Dual meet Tournament. The Falcons defeated three Class A foes at the Long Prairie/Grey Eagle/Browerville Wolves Duals. They defeated the No. 5A Blelgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars 45-22, the No. 10A Minneota Vikings 33-23 and the Class A Lean and Mean West Central/Ashby/Brandon-Evansville Knights 50-15. Mark Dierkes, Connor Thorsten, Max Lefebvre and Elijah Novak all went 3-0. Levi Jacobson, Logan Thorsten, Hunter Gorecki and Carter Svihla all went 2-1 and Alex Vait went 2-0 at the Wolves Duals.
BECKER BULLDOGS

The Bulldogs had two big dual meet wins at the Little Falls Flyer triangular, they defeated Granite Ridge Conference rival the Little Falls Flyers 54-25 and the AAA Lean and Mean Brainerd Warriors 39-28. Logan Jurek, Kylen Rish, Ethan Anderson, Jake Nelson and Lukas Paulson all went 2-0 at the Flyers triangular. The Bulldogs earned third place at the Chisago Lakes Takedown Cancer tournament with 105 points and twelve place winners. Lukas Paulson @ 132 (22-4), Jake Nelson @ 126 (22-2), Caden Dewall @ 160 (19-0) and Brayden Weber @ 220 (23-3) all earned championships. Kylen Rish @ 152 (23-6), Logan Jurek (@ 145 (18-5) and Lincoln Carlson @ 182 all earned second place and Reid Krause @ 182 earned third place. Alex Berglund @ 145 (7-6), Dylan Riedinger @ 113, John Stangler @ 152 and Lakken Braun @ 285 all earned fifth place at the Wildcats Take Down Cancer tournament. The Bulldogs were defeated by their Section 6AA rivals the Foley Falcons 32-23. The Bulldogs earned 168.5 points with eleven place winners to earn fourth place at the South St. Paul “Pete Veldmann” Invitational. Jake Nelson @ 126 (28-2), Logan Jurek @ 145 (24-5), Caden Dewall @ 160 (23-1) and Braden Weber @ 220 (26-3) all earned championships. Lukas Paulson @ 132 (26-5) and Reid Kraus @ 170 (4-4) both earned third place, Kylen Rish @ 152 (26-7) and Alex Berglund @ 145 (9-9) both earned fourth place. Nick Goth @ 195 (17-13) and John Stangler @ 152 both earned fifth place and Lincoln Carlson @ 182 earned sixth place. The Bulldogs were minus at least three starters in this event, or they may have earned a second place in this sixteen team event.

PIERZ PIONEERS

The Pioneers won two duals at the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguar triangular. They defeated Central Minnesota Conference rivals the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars, the No. 5A ranked 39-37 and Conference rivals Howard Lake/Waverly/Winsted Lakers 78-0. Trevor Radunz, Jake Andres, Brandon Tomala, Tanner Young, Reees Kapsner, Carson Huls and Austin Dickmann all went 2-0 at the Jaguar triangular. The Pioneers earned 168.5 points with eleven place winners to earn second place at the New London-Spicer Wildcat Invitational. Trevor Radunz, Brandon Tomala, Reese Kapsner and Carson Huls all earned championships. Jake Andres and Brandon Funk both earned second place, Jacob Gotvald and Tanner Young both earned fourth place. They had three that earned fifth place; Brandon Schlegel, Riley Hoskins and Ross Boser. The Pioneers were defeated by the Section 8AAA Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres 40-30.
DASSEL COKATO CHARGERS

The Chargers had a good team performance with 180 points and ten place winners to earn the championship at the sixteen team even at the Howard Lake/Waverly/Winsted Laker invitational. Jude Link, Prestin Bradley and Jacob Schmitz all earned championships and Sam Marx, Noah Halonen and Monte Gillman all earned second place. Beau Nelson earned third, Carson Amundson and Axel Stenberg both earned fifth place and Jace Butcher took sixth place. The Chargers defeated two Wright County Conference rivals at the Glencoe-Silver Lake/LP Panthers Triangular. They defeated the Panthers 58-15 and the New London-Spicer Wildcats 57-18. Axel Stenberg, Noah Halonen, Hayden Hoernemann, Will O’Brien, Beau Nelson, Jacob Schmitz, Josh DeBoer and Jace Butcher all went 2-0 at the Panther triangular. The Chargers earned 120.5 points with six place winners to earned fourth place at the Orono “Spartans” Invitational. Jacob Schmitz and Noah Halonen both earned championships and Prestin Bradley earned third place. Josh DeBoer earned fourth place and Will O’Brien and Beau Nelson both earned fifth place.

MORA MUSTANGS

The Mustangs defeated their Section 8AAA and Central Lakes foe, the Rocori Spartans 45-30. They were defeated by their Granite Ridge Conference rivals the No. 6AA ranked Foley Falcons 39-28. The Mustangs defeated the Staples-Motley Cardinals 62-13 and they were defeated by No. 10AAA ranked Section 7AAA rivals the Forest Lake Rangers 66-6, Prior Lake Lakers 40-36 and by the Section 8AAA foe, the Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres 40-32. Connor Gmahl, Jon Smith, Austin Voss and Danny Schroeder all went 3-1 at the CBI duals. The Mustangs defeated their Granite Ridge Conference and Section 7AA rivals the Milaca Wolves 53-16.
LITCHFIELD DRAGONS

The Dragons defeated two foes at the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints duals. They defeated the Section 5A Benson Braves 40-33 and the Class A Lean and Mean Section 6A West Central Area Knights 36-31. The Dragons were defeated by the No. 1 ranked Section 5A foe Long Prarie/Grey Eagle/Browerville Wolves 53-24. Alex Joedeman, Jerry Simes, Logan Nelson and Chase Liestman all went 3-0 and Andrew Joedeman went 2-0 at the Fighting Saints duals. The Dragons were defeated by their Wright Conference and Section 6AA rivals the Annandale/Maple Lake Lightning 43-28. The Dragons earned 99 points with six place winners to take seventh place at the sixteen team event the Orono “Spartans” Invitational. Jerry Simes and Chase Liestman both earned championships and Eddie Simes earned second place. Alex Joedeman earned third place and Bryce Penk and Andrew Joedeman both earned fifth place.
BIG LAKE HORNETS

The Hornets defeated Section 8AAA Central Lakes Conference foe the Rocori Spartans 53-15. The Hornets earned fourth place with 83.5 points at the Hutchinson Tigers Invitational. They had eight place winners, including two championship that were earned by Christian Noble and Charlie Gellerman. Cade Sixberry earned second place and Rocco Visci earned third place. Ryan Helgoe and Vince Dailey both earned fourth place and Lance Christensen and Nick Merten both earned fifth place. The Hornets had a good team performance with 121.5 points and nine place winners to earn fourth place at the Mississippi 8 Conference tournament. ANNANDALE/MAPLE LAKE LIGHTNING

The Lightning had a big win over AA Lean and Mean Wright County Conference rivals the Watertown-Mayer Royals 37-36 on criteria, most six point wins. They defeated Wright County Conference rivals New London-Spicer Wildcats 50-17, both big wins were at the NLS Wildcat triangular. Jed Webster, Adam Neumann, Daniel Luna and Cole Patch were all 2-0 at the Wildcat Triangular. The Lightning were defeated by three foes at their triangular, they were defeated by Wright County Conference rivals the No. 11AA ranked Delano Tigers 44-33, their Section 6AA rivals the Albany Huskies 39-37 and by AAA foe the Wayzata Trojans 46-23. Adam Neumann and Alex Klatt both went 3-0 at the Lightning quad. The Lightning were short a couple of their starters for this event.
PEQUOT LAKES/PINE RIVER-BACKUS ROAD CREW

The Road Crew defeated the Section 7AA Hibbing Bluejackets 57-21 at their home quadrangular. They were defeated by the AAA Lean and Mean Bemidji Lumberjacks 49-14 and the Lean and Mean Brainerd Warriors 48-24. Caleb Ruhl went 3-0, Evan Koering, Connor Tulenchik, Jake Poehler, Tim Ryan and Myca Reynolds all went 2-0 at the Road Crew quadrangular. Special Notes: Keenan Dahl Won his 50th Career Match and Connor Tulenchik earned his 25th Career Fall. The Road Crew had a very good team performance with 184 points and twelve place winners to win the 42nd Lake Park “Terry Teiken” Invitational. Jake Poehler, Harley Large, Caleb Ruhl and Keenan Dahl all earned championships. Connor Tulenchik earned second place, Austin Stricha and Josh Pettit both earned third place. Myca Reynolds earned fourth place, Evan Koering and Owen Carlson both earned fifth place and Grant Thompson and Payton Scott both took sixth place. The Road Crew had a very good tournament performance, as they went 4-1 at the Mid-State Conference Dual tournament. They defeated the Park Rapids Panthers 57-18, Staples-Motley Cardinals 42-28, Crosby-Ironton Rangers 47-28 and the Aitkin Gobblers 45-33. Jake Poehler went 5-0, Harley Large, Josh Pettit and Keenan Dahl all went 4-1 and Austin Strichs, Caleb Ruhl and Evan Koering all went 3-2 at the Mid-State Duals.

DAWSON-BOYD/LQPV/MONTEVIDEO UNITED

The United went one and one at their home triangular; they defeated Section 3A foe Pipestone Area 60-22 and they were defeated by West Central Conference and No. 3A ranked Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons 56-10. Trevon Johnson and Quintin Lehmann both went 2-0 at the United Triangular. The United went two and two at the Plum Creek duals, with wins over Class A Adrian Dragons 37-31 and Section 3AA rivals the Worthington Trojans 39-25. They dropped a pair of duals to Section 3AA rival No. 5AA ranked Fairmont/Martin County West Red Bull’s 61-12 and to No. 2A ranked Tracy-Milroy-Balaton/Westbrook/Walnut Grove Panthers 46-28. Trevon Johnson went 4-0, Tanner Johnson and Layton Withebel both went 2-0, Kenton Hass went 3-1 and Quintin Lehmann went 2-1 at the Plum Creek duals.

ALBANY HUSKIES

The Huskies had a very good week with two big dual meet wins at their home triangular. They defeated their Granite Ridge Conference rival the Milaca Wolves 48-23 and Section 5A rivals the Paynesville Bulldogs 57-18. Dustin Schmitt, Peyton Krumrei, Payton Linn, Riley Rakotz, Gabe Zierden and Wyatt Mergen all went 2-0 at the Huskies Triangular. The Huskies had a very good tournament performance with 134 points and ten place winners to earned third place a the New London-Spicer Wildcat Invitational. Gabe Zierden @ 195 (29-4) earned their lone championship and Wyatt Mergen @ 285 (17-13), Peyton Linn @ 170 (21-11) and Riley Rakotz @ 182 (17-13) all earned second place. The Lumberjacks defeated three foes at the Ogilvie Lions quadrangular. One big win for them was over Section 7AA rivals the Milaca Wolves 36-35. They defeated a pair of Section 7A foes; the Holdingford Huskers 45-30 and the Ogilvie Lions 65-12. The Lumberjacks had a very good team performance with 117 points and twelve place winners to earn second place at the Chisago Lakes “Takedown Cancer” Invitational. Deeken Fjeld, Tyler Harms and Reese Sheldon all earned championships and Cooper Abbott and Sam Bolling both earned second place. Alex Peterson, Jordan Allen, Griffin Fjeld, Zeb Wehr and Gramm Neumeyer all earned third place and Gage Stankiewicz and Hunter Senerghi both earned fifth place. The Tigers were defeated by their Mississippi 8 Conference rivals the St. Francis Fighting Saints 45-25. The Tigers earned tenth place with 88 points at the St. Croix Falls Tournament. Zack Wells and Kaleb Atkins both earned championships, Kyle Boeke earned second place and Parker Adkins earned fifth place. The Tigers defeated their Mississippi 8 Conference rivals the Milaca Wolves 53-25. The Tigers earned 102 points with seven place winners to take sixth place at the Mississippi 8 Conference tournament. Kyle Boeke earned earned the championship and Landen Parent and Zach Wells both earned second place. Parker Adkins, Josh Marshall and Braden Nienaber all earned fourth place and Luke Chase took sixth place.

MILACA WOLVES

The Wolves defeated two foes at the Ogilvie quadrangular; they defeated a pair of Section 7A foes; the Holdingford Huskers 44-27 and the Ogilvie Lions 63-12. They were defeated by their Section 7AA rivals the Cloquet/Esko/Carlton Lumberjacks 36-35. Garrett Hall, Bodee Zens and Brady Ash all went 3-0, Ian Hanson went 2-0 and Jack Schoenborn, William Danilyuk, Leyton Black, David Goebel and Austin Mollet all went 2-1 at the Lions quad. The Wolves were defeated in two duals at the Albany Husky Triangular. MINNEWASKA AREA LAKERS

The Lakers had a very good team performance with 161 points and eleven place winners to earn second place at the Thief River Falls Air Force/National Guard Prowler Invitational. This was a seventeen team event, with the Lakers finishing behind the No. 9AA ranked Detroit Laker by twenty points. Tyson Meyer earned the championship and Easton McCrory, Mason Blair, Tyler VanLuik and Dylan Jergenson all earned second place. Jacob Blair earned third place, Jakob Swalla, Jackson Stadsvold and Caden Koziol all earned fourth place and Adam Larson took sixth place. The Lakers defeated the Class A Lean and Mean Ottertail Central Bulldogs 36-27 and their Section 5A rivals the BOLD Warriors 57-18. Jacob Blair, Max Reichmann, Mason Blair, Ryan Vanluik, Tyson Meyer and Tyler VanLuik all went 2-0 at their home triangular. The Lakers defeated their Section 5A rivals the Paynesville Bulldogs 52-14 at the Paynesville Bulldogs triangular. The Lakers lost a close one to the No. 3A ranked and West Central Conference rivals the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons 34-29. This dual was decided by an over-time match at #285. Easton McCrory, Ryan VanLuik, Tyson Meyer, Tyler Vanluik and Dylan Jergenson all went 2-0 at the Bulldog triangular.

BERTHA-HEWITT/VERNDALE/PARKERS PRAIRIE RAIDERS

The Raiders split duals at the Aitkin Gobblers triangular; they defeated the Section 7A Lean and Mean Aitkin Gobblers 55-14. They were defeated in a very good dual by the No. 6AA Foley Falcons 36-34. Quinn Kern, Devin Dean, Zavier Grefe, Carter Perlinger and Craig Orlando all went 2-0 at the Gobblers triangular. The Raiders defeated three foes at the Red Lake County Central Quadrangular. They defeated Section 8A foes the Roseau Rams 39-21 and Red Lake County Central 63-6 and Section 8AA rivals the Park Rapids Panthers 62-17. Deagen Captain, Quinn Kern, Jason Koehn, Brock Peterson, Devin Dean, Zavier Grefe, Craig Orlando all went 3-0 at the Red Lake County Central quad. The Raiders earned 96 points with six place winners at the Thief River Falls Air Force/National Guard Prowler Invitational for a seventh place finish in a field of seventeen teams. Quinn Kern and Craig Orlando both earned championships, Zavier Grefe and Trevor Arceneau both earned fifth place and Jason Koehn and David Revering both took seventh place. The Raiders defeated their Section 6A and Park Region Conference foe Wadena-Deer Creek 66-9.
OTTERTAIL CENTRAL BULLDOGS

The Bulldogs earned 106.5 points with ten place winners to earn sixth place in this field of sixteen teams at the Thief River Falls Air Force/National Guard Prowler Invitational. Zane Swanson earned second place and Wyatt Thorson and Max Naddy both earned third place. Cody Jacobs, Reed Leabo and Cian Buehler all earned fifth place, Laredo Bugbee and Logan Schleske both earned sixth place and Brien Poser and Connor Tierney both took seventh place. The Bulldogs defeated Section 5A foe the Bold Warriors 66-14 and they were defeated by the No. 6A ranked Minnewaska Area Lakers 36-27. Loredo Bugbee, Brien Boser, Logan Schleske, Hayden Hart, Matt Hendricks and Zane Swanson all went 2-0 at the Lakers Triangular.

WEST CENTRAL AREA/ASHBY/BRANDON-EVANSVILLE KNIGHTS

The Knights defeated two Section 6A rivals at the Knights triangular, they defeated the Breckenridge Cowboys 62-18 and the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines 74-6. Ashton Danner, Anthony Sykora, Jordan Lohse, Bryce Lien, Hunter Mickelson, Colton Lindquist, Wyatt Olson and Austin Mattson all went 2-0 at the triangular. The Knights defeated Section 5A foe the Benson Braves 38-34 and they were defeated by the AA Lean and Mean Litchfield Dragons 36-31 and by the Class A Lean and Mean Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints 40-33. ROYALTON/UPSALA ROYALS

The Royals had overall a very good week; they went 2-1 at the Aitkin Gobblers Quadrangular with big wins over class A Lean and Mean Section 7A rivals the Blackduck/Cass Lake-Bena Bears 45-30 and Section 7A rivals the Mille Lacs Raiders 56-21. They dropped a dual to their Section 7A rivals the Aitkin Gobblers 36-30. Sam Costanzo, Jackson Held and Will Gorecki went 3-0, Jacob Leibold and Gabe Gorecki went 2-1 and Gage Louden, Matt Kasella and Mason Novitzki all went 2-0 at the Gobbler Quad. The Royals were still minus up to four starters for the quad in Aitkin. They may have had their best line up on the mat at the Howard Lake/Waverly/Winsted Laker Invitational at this sixteen team event. This is primarily AAA and AA schools at this event. The Royals earned second place with 142 points and nine place winners with Jackson Held @ 160 (28-1) and Jacob Leibold @ 132 (22-8) both earning championships. Sam Costanzo @ 106 (19-3) and Gabe Gorecki @ 145 (22-11) both earned second place and Brady Conrad @ 138 (6-1) and Damion Theisen @ 152 (6-3) both earned third place. Gage Louden @ 195 (17-15) and Mason Novitzki @ 285 (18-12) both earned fourth place and Wyatt Lahr @ 126 (19-13) earned sixth place. The Fighting Saints deafened two foes Section 3AA the Morris Area Tigers 46-27 and Section 5A rivals the Paynesville Bulldogs 43-29. Coy Gunderson, Eli Johnson, Will Magaard, Jared Carlson, Richard Jones, Ethan Peters, Marc Collins and Brady Forsell all went 2-0 at the Fighting Saints triangular. Evan Nienaber @ 152 (9-7) and Chase Anderson @ 113 both earned fifth place and Lucas Jurek @ 120 (12-11), Nicholas Bowen @ 182 (10-12) and Brandon Guggisberg @ 138 all took sixth place. The Cubs defeated two foes at the Royalton/Upsala Royals Quadrangular, they defeated Central Minnesota Conference rivals the Holdingford Huskers 60-18 and the Section 8AAA Little Falls Flyers 41-31. They dropped a pair of duals at the Albany Huskies triangular; they were defeated by the Albany Huskies 57-18 and the Section 7A Milaca Wolves 33-32. Shawn Rue and Craig Schmitz both went 2-0 at the Albany triangular. The Bulldogs earned 87.5 points with eight place winners to take eighth place at the North Branch Vikings Invitational. Shawn Rue and Craig Schmitz both earned second place, Weston Roberg earned third place and Riley Messner and Brandon Schlangen earned fifth place. Clint Schmitz, Vaughn McCray and Renee Hernandez all took sixth place. The Bulldogs were defeated by two foes at the KMS Figthing Saints triangular. They were defeated by Section 5A and Class A Lean and Mean KMS 43-29 and by Section 3AA foe the Morris Area Tigers 54-23. Shawn Rue, Gabriel Nielson and Brandon Schlangen all went 2-0 at the Fighting Saints triangular. The Bulldogs were defeated in two duals at their home triangular. They were defeated by the No. 3A ranked Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcon 62-6 and the No. 6A ranked Minnewaska Area Lakers 52-14. Shaun Rue and Weston Roberg both went 2-0 at the Bulldog triangular.
BENSON BRAVES

The Braves defeated Section 5A rivals the Paynesville Bulldogs 45-23. They dropped a dual to Class A Lean and Mean West Central Area/Ashby/Brandon-Evansville Knights 38-34. They lost a close one to the AA lean and mean Litchfield Dragons 38-34 at the KMS Fighting Saints duals. Adam Zosel, Jared Knutson, Alex Wrobleski all went 2-0 at the Saints duals. The Braves went 2-0 at the Border West Triangular. They defeated the Border West Buck 55-18 and their Section 5A foe the Osakis Silver Streaks 60-15. Hunter Mondor, Mike Nagler, Adam Koosmann, Adam Zosel, Brady Ascheman, Wyatt McGee, Jared Knutson, Alex Wrobleski, Tommy Dineen, Alden Syltie all went 2-0 at the Border West triangular.
UNITED NORTH CENTRAL WARRIORS

The Warriors had a pair of big wins over their Park Region Conference rivals the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines 56-9 and the New York Mills Eagles 45-24 and Section 7A rivals the WHAN Wolfpack 50-17.
